Great location and views overlooking the river. The cabins were well maintained, and my stay was very peaceful, and the owners went out of their way to ensure my brother had a great birthday getaway. Nice touch of balloons and a basket awaiting our arrival at the door.

Lovely Long Term Campground/RV Park, directly on Douglas Lake. Quiet location, on dead-end road. 10 minutes to town, groceries, restaurants, hardware stores. Local attractions are within 45- a little over an hr. Smoky Mountains, Knoxville, Pigeon Forge/Sevierville, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Johnson City,Bristol Also 45- 80 minutes to Hotsprings, Maggie Valley, Cherokee, Asheville/Biltmore Gardens, Black Mountain ,Robbinsville, NC Excellent location.
