Countryside Village About
In the diverse landscape of Florida’s housing market, mobile home parks offer a unique and often more accessible entry point into homeownership or long-term rental, particularly in bustling metropolitan areas like Tampa. For many Floridians seeking an alternative to traditional homes or apartments, these communities present a distinct lifestyle. Today, we're casting our spotlight on Countryside Village, a mobile home park situated in Tampa, Florida. This article aims to provide a clear, engaging, and informative overview for local users, helping them understand what Countryside Village Mobile Home Park might offer as a potential place to call home in the Sunshine State.
Mobile home parks, by their nature, are communities where individuals typically own their manufactured homes but lease the land on which their home sits. This model can often translate to a lower initial investment compared to purchasing a traditional site-built house, making it an attractive option for a wide array of residents. Tampa, with its continuous growth, dynamic economy, and endless recreational opportunities, serves as a compelling location for such a community. As you explore housing solutions in Florida, gaining a comprehensive understanding of places like Countryside Village is essential. We will delve into its specific location, the typical services provided within a mobile home park, potential features, and crucial contact information. It is always paramount to conduct thorough due diligence when considering any housing option, and this guide is intended to facilitate your initial research into Countryside Village.
Countryside Village Mobile Home Park is conveniently located at 8401 Bowles Rd, Tampa, FL 33637, USA. This address places the park in a part of Tampa that offers a blend of residential tranquility and practical accessibility to the city’s wider amenities. Being situated off Bowles Road, residents benefit from a more suburban feel while still having reasonable access to major thoroughfares and urban conveniences.
The location ensures that essential services are within practical reach. Residents can expect to find various grocery stores, retail shopping centers, healthcare facilities, and dining options within a short driving distance. The proximity to key roads facilitates relatively easy commutes to different areas of Tampa, whether for work, educational pursuits, or leisure activities. For example, popular Tampa attractions such as Busch Gardens, the University of South Florida, and various corporate centers are generally accessible from this location. While direct public transportation routes to the park should be verified with Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART), the overall positioning of Countryside Village caters to those seeking a balance between a quieter residential setting and the conveniences of a major Florida city.
Mobile home parks, including Countryside Village, typically offer a core set of services that are integral to the living experience within the community. While the exact details should always be verified directly with the park management, common services usually encompass:
- Lot Rental: The fundamental service, involving the lease of the land parcel on which the resident’s mobile home is situated. This monthly fee often covers access to common areas and certain park-provided utilities or maintenance.
- Community Management: Most parks have a management team or representative responsible for overseeing daily operations, enforcing park rules and regulations, and addressing resident inquiries and concerns.
- Common Area Maintenance: This includes the upkeep and landscaping of shared spaces, internal roads, and any communal facilities within the park to ensure a clean and presentable environment.
- Utility Infrastructure: While residents typically pay for their individual utility consumption (such as electricity, water, and sewer), the park provides the necessary hookups and infrastructure for these services.
- Waste Disposal: Provision of trash and recycling services, often through designated collection points or curbside pick-up schedules.
It is crucial for prospective residents to discuss all included services and any additional fees directly with Countryside Village management to gain a complete understanding of what their monthly rent covers and what responsibilities fall to the tenant.
The appeal of a mobile home park often lies in its unique features and the lifestyle it offers. While specific highlights for Countryside Village Mobile Home Park should be verified on-site and with management, here are common features that attract residents to such communities in Florida:
- Community Environment: Many mobile home parks foster a sense of community, offering a more intimate neighborhood feel compared to larger residential developments. This can include shared spaces or social opportunities.
- Affordable Living Option: For many, the cost-effectiveness of owning a manufactured home and leasing the land can be a significant advantage, providing a more accessible path to homeownership in the competitive Florida real estate market.
- Property Management Presence: Having on-site or accessible management can be a benefit for addressing issues and inquiries promptly, though the quality of this service can vary as indicated by past resident feedback.
- Location Advantage: As noted, Countryside Village's Tampa location provides convenient access to various city amenities, including shopping, dining, and employment centers, enhancing the daily lives of residents.
- Individual Home Space: Unlike apartments, mobile homes typically offer a private dwelling with dedicated outdoor space, providing more autonomy and privacy for residents.
Given some of the direct feedback from current or past residents, it is exceptionally important for anyone considering Countryside Village Mobile Home Park to perform a thorough personal investigation. This should include a direct visit to the park, conversations with the management team, and, if possible, discussions with current residents to gather a well-rounded perspective on the living experience within the community.
Information regarding specific promotions or special offers at Countryside Village Mobile Home Park is not readily available through general public searches. Landlord delonda admits repeatedly that the people who are her bosses are shady and then becomes 2 faced and will deny saying anything about it and she also has on multiple occasions (have security cameras and saved videos)lied to us about the rent owed, about being aware my fiancee and I are disabled and isn't going to do anything when we're stuck in a trailer that has windows that don't open and it's 115 degrees and non functioning AC. I even offered to buy my own ac and have it installed by licensed HVAC person and I was refused to be able to do that. I got told I was not allowed to do anything regarding my broken ac and too bad I had to deal with 115 degree trailer with no windows that open. Now most recently I've been without water useable for almost a week and she won't do anything about it because her water is okay and claims they treated it... With what??? Baby poop?? The water is so awful my cats gagged just getting near it. This roach infested garbage dump is not fit for even a rat! (Don't worry, plenty of rats here too ranging from the landlord to the property owner). This place will slowly make you feel like unaliving yourself, it's pure torture, run away from here if given a chance!!!!
Delonda is two faced and will tell you about things that go on in the office or messed up things she is asked or required to do but the very first time she feels like "corporate" (which is not even in existence, it's literally a mailbox rented at UPS store)is listening (because they are insane and monitor them 24/7) she'll backpedal and lie through her teeth about EVERYTHING. This place also extorts reliable tenants for bogus fees that they can't prove and, per delonda, she is sure that she is being forced to get good tenants kicked out and only so they can make her require more money for the trailers she said she won't be able to even rent out as she already has multiple open that people refuse to rent because of the absurd rent price. Stay far away from here and especially delonda.
I looked into trying to move here last year around October. Was told I just had to pay a $400 hold deposit and would be contacted when something came available. I signed the contract and paid the money. Noting that the contract states if nothing available in 8 weeks I can get a refund. Well I was never called about a place. I was told to submit a written request for refund. I did and that's been 2 months ago and still have not heard anything. Apparently you can not speak to the headquarters and the address they give to send your letter to is a shopping center with no office for this supposed headquarters. This is a scam!!! They will take your hard earned money with promise of a place to live and nothing happens!!!!!
I wanted to rent a mobile home from this community but they were all filled up, the lady i was applying with said i will be on a waitlist but people who put a deposit down of a minimum of $400 will be top priority. So after a month I did receive calls and showings of units but they were all run down and filled with roaches one of the units they told me I had to buy my own A/C. So I then realized all these mobile homes will be the same run down units and decided I didn't want to live there anymore, so I asked for my deposit back. The lady told me i had to wright a letter to the main office on why i want MY deposit back. After a month went by I received this letter saying “I forfeited the hold deposit as I did not comply with the terms of the agreement” This place is a big scam!!! DO NOT PUT A HOLD DEPOSIT ON ANY UNITS THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK!
The area is decent but I would not recommend renting from Paul Chad Comingore. Me and my family lived here for almost three years and it was very horrible. For one the rent is not worth the homes, two they came up with false charges in the office that we didn't even owe and threatened to turn it over to the collection bureau if not paid it is a scam. The homes are in absolute miserable condition, we had soft spots in the floors, uneven tiles and nearly sharp nails in the floor. Also the toilet in our hallway bathroom felt like it was sinking into the ground and rocked backwards and forwards and when the septic tank got too full, the toilets would no longer flush and would gurgle in the middle of the night. The community uses well water. The place was overly too expensive, the homes are in absolute miserable condition and we ended up going to court twice and paying everything that we actually owed and still got kicked out two weeks after that. We paid so much money here and was very good at paying everything we owed if we were behind on rent considering they raised the late fees constantly from $ 30 to $ 50 to $ 80 and so on. Word to the wise, DO NOT MOVE HERE under any circumstance there are better places to live. Check for some apartments in the University Area or around there. So much better than this craphole of a place. Countryside Village needs to be turned over to a new company and transform this place into something much lovelier than what it already is. This place is ran by a very crooked scum lord. So to anyone looking to rent from here PLEASE Be aware of this place and other properties listed under PAUL CHAD COMINGORE!!!! Don't rent from him or you will actually regret it. Not Kidding.
