Ms.Becky is the best to happen to the trailer park she is wonderful .Always ready and available if ever needed . The best decision wus to hire her I'm glad she is here

Not a friendly, safe, supportive community. Currently 2 child predators residing in the park as well as young children! Beware of the office staff if you are easily manipulated. Rules of the community are only enforced when management deems tenants a problem to other tenants, related to staff; that instigate, intimidate and antagonize others with no regard for their safety or well being. Currently I am being denied legal rights to enter my marital home to retrieve personal property and mail along with theft against me. Due to "police activity" my husband is stating that I have been denied to live in the community and he is not. Yeah definitely not a trusting community for mentally disabled, young children, people with financial problems. All they care about is money

The management here makes the difference here at Creekside always willing to help they'll do what they can under the circumstances that you got to understand it's a mobile home park put Rachel and April will do their best to help you out.

As a first time home owner, I’m very happy with my experience with Creekside. Apryl has been very friendly and helpful, and definitely someone that understanding and easy to talk to. The neighborhood is quiet, the resident are super nice and friendly, and the community is kept up with. Very happy I was able to find this place during this difficult time in my life. I love it here!

Creekside is a good community and I haven’t had any problems living here. It’s quite on the street we reside on and don’t have any people walking all around day or night! The property manager, Apryle is amazing!!!! She made the move in process hassle free from the start! Thankful for all the help she has provided and still offers!!! Looking forward to our upcoming year here!
