Customer Reviews
Take note of how the "owner" responds to those who left unfavorable ratings and/or remarks. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have never visited this place. But, I would never want to have to deal with someone like that. Stacey must have gotten paid for her comment. Or threatened, or is invested somehow, or just wanted to do them a favor. If the "owner" is a direct reflection of this company, it must not be ethical. Rather, very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Not kind of place you want to live with your family... Way too much mold and mildew and dampness and nasty carpets and like original carpets that came with 35 or 40 year old trailers and have never been replaced mold that gets painted over black mold bleeding through white paint on walls and ceilings! Would not recommend any properties listed here!q
I totally agree. Based on the unprofessional response to comments I would never move here or recommend this place to anyone. I hope they have new staff and updated the trailers properly. They sound like trash compared to some of these comments. Smh
Ethical Company. Beware of negative comments which tend to be driven by someone who couldn't perform the terms of their lease, including pay their rent, which leads to an eviction and an unhappy tenant.
They have some very nice trailers that are very spacious. However, the park itself is a dump and it's in a really bad area.
