This article will delve into the details of Eagle Creek Mobile Home Community, providing insights for Missouri locals interested in exploring this housing opportunity in High Ridge.

Introduction / Overview

Eagle Creek Mobile Home Community is an all-ages manufactured home community located in High Ridge, Missouri. It is characterized by its intimate size, featuring 108 home sites nestled along smoothly paved streets. This creates a less overwhelming and potentially more personal living experience compared to larger developments. The community aims to foster a friendly atmosphere, where residents can get to know their neighbors, promoting a sense of camaraderie and security.

The park is proudly pet-friendly, welcoming four-legged family members, which is a significant plus for many Missouri households. On-site management contributes to the daily operations and upkeep of the community, aiming to address resident needs and maintain standards. The presence of on-site management is often a strong indicator of a well-run community, providing a direct point of contact for residents.

However, recent changes in ownership have brought about some adjustments, particularly concerning pricing and parking. While many residents praise the local manager and the generally quiet and kind nature of their neighbors, some have expressed concerns about consistent price increases since the new ownership took over. Additionally, parking can be challenging for households with two vehicles due to a strict no-street parking policy. The community also has a clear "no fireworks allowed" rule, which can be viewed as either a positive (for peace and safety) or a negative (for holiday celebrations), depending on individual preferences. Despite these points, many residents view Eagle Creek as a top-tier option in Jefferson County due to the management's proactive approach to maintaining the community.

Would be 1 star if the local manager wasn't nice, and the people are generally quiet and nice. Consistently raising prices once new ownership took over. (I understand inflation... but this is greed in my opinion.) Parking is terrible if you have 2 vehicles. No parking on street. No fireworks allowed. (Can be a plus or minus)
