Called numerous times for pricing and availability with no success. Took a trip to see if I could speak to someone in person, but no one was there. I was approached by a current resident and was told not to waste my time and money here, because they sell “nothing but bullshit”. Said residents was lied to about a trailer he thought he was purchasing, to later find out he was only renting it from them instead. Also said they use COVID as an excuse not to provide receipts nor do repairs around property. Glad that (soon to be ex-resident) person spoke to me and saved me making a terrible decision. STAY AWAY!!!!

When purchased a list of things needing to be fixed was provided. Not one single thing was ever fixed. Then they proceeded to try & charge us, every single month, for the damaged skirting, which was on the list...which they CONVENIENTLY lost! They were as bad as any HOA I have ever heard of. The Gestapo of mobile home parks. Walked away. Will NEVER pay them another dime because they broke the contract. Still my credit report gently weeps.
