Fairfiled Estates is a quality community that truly cares about its residents. It won the Rose Award from the Fairfield Beautification Commission.
We've had FOUR managers of this park in the last year and a half, which makes sense because of what I heard from a former manager of the park who quit because their manager wanted them to be too cruel to the people living here. They told me that the ownership company's business model is essentially to harass and nickel and dime the tenants to the point that they want to leave the park, so that the owners can then either take their trailer cus they can't afford to move it, or buy it from them dirt cheap and resell it for way more. This is the practice as I've seen it since the new owners took over a year and a half ago. They treat the residents like inmates rather than customers. Everyone I know who lives here is unhappy with the current owners and would love to move our trailers out of this park.
