I LOVE my home here! And thank goodness for Nick running to find a key to get me back in the house after I had locked my keys in there. Wonderful staff-super nice! And the homes? These are not your granddad's trailers. These are open floor plan, built well, great appliances-you name it. Love it!!

Just moved into First Family at 1201 Money in November 2021. I rate this as a friendly community of all ages and life styles. Street is paved with double driveway's. Managers have the knowledge to help on finances, workmanship on homes, and down to earth. One of the best places to live in Augusta

if i could post negative stars i would. they bombed both neighboring houses around me (without notice) after the tenants moved out bringing ROACHES into my CLEAN house while i was on vacation so by the time i got back i had to stay out of my house an extra 3 days so i could get it bombed & had to completely throw out my refrigerator. they say they have community rules but none of them are actually enforced, & nick and angie are both extremely rude.
