A good sized pond with fountain in the middle. Decently maintained. Nice owner's as far as I know. Management keeps to themselves really. There are 1 it 2 nosey types but its pretty quiet here on a day to day basis. Most people keep to themselves or are just neighborly when necessary. Not a lot more you could ask.

The new owners of this park are absolutely horrible. Our account was supposed to be credited by the new owners and was not! It has been a VERY stressful time dealing with the new owners! Since the money was not credited the 4 payment options would not work at any point in time. Trying to contact the new owners is also a absolute nightmare! They do not answer the phone, they do not call back, they do not answer email it seems they do not know how to communicate whatsoever. The number they give you will send you to a church instead of a management company and the church forwards you to people who have never answered the phone as of yet. So contacting the owners is not even a option. Worse management I've ever had to deal with! If I could give them negative stars I absolutely would. Not to mention I had to correct the problem that they were supposed to correct and spent even more money doing that due to the company's lack of due diligence. So ended up coming out of pocket even more due to this. An absolute disgrace of a company!

When me and husband Mike Davis, it was a very nice place and was bad. There was alot of traffic back and forth all hours day or night. But then it was stopped and then yes it was just so much safer to walk around and it everyone made sure that we all respect each other and never just park and we all never have stuff all over and then it was just all kinds of car's and trucks racing back and forth all day and even all night and because someone else moved into a trailer that was a very nice and quiet and keep it clean but now that trailer has just junk all over and then car's and trucks just parked where ever and how ever and not to work on any vehicles in the park at all, but it is going on and parking where and even parking trucks in driveways. And to myself I think and do know that it is very disrespectful for someone to just doesn't understand the rules in the lease and it says you can park one in your driveway and then one right in front of your trailer only and you are not to be working on any vehicles in the park, and you are not to have junk all over it is to be keep clean picked up at all times.that isn't the one and only lot that is always got junk piled up and there are couple more that are keep like that. But other then the one and the two it is a very nice place to live, and Larry and Debbie are very nice and helpful and myself and my husband really appreciate the both of them for everything.

They don't take care of the park like they use too. When you report an issue , they either don't address it or it takes several months for them to address it. They don't do anything about some of the neighbors that are loud, have junk piles around their house and takes up other lots for their vehicles because they are working on other vehicles in & around their lot. I think they need to weed out the druggies, partiers and junk collectors. I do not recommend living in this park.

I've lived here 5 years now. Started out an okay place as far as trailer courts go, affordable. And now it's turned into empty trailers, shabby trailers that are not taken care of, and a lot of El Dorado drug activity that the police will do nothing about.
