Excellent location. Huge dog park my two pups can run around in. Great customer service!! The staff is very responsive and helpful whenever we need. Tons of washers and dryers!!! Nice public bathrooms. Mowed and maintained weekly. Even has a kayak launch to go down stream to the lake. I highly recommend this campground
Jul 12, 2025 · Jayden Cowles2 at best. This is an old campground with very little amenities. The dog park is a joke. The “playground” is a swing set I would not allow my kids to use. No one even goes near the “pond” which I have seen kiddie pools bigger. The bathrooms are gross and old even though the website says modern. There is no air conditioning, I actually went in a bathing suit so I could leave the door and dirty shower curtain open. The camp store is hilarious! Snack bags of chips and a small fridge with a few drink options, firewood on the porch and Ice. Everything is overgrown. Mostly seasonal sites but nothing is maintained on the grounds. The beach is not on site, you have to drive, it’s not really safely walkable. They don’t tell you until you ask that you need a pass. Office closes super early. I will say people were friendly and sites are fairly level.
Jul 10, 2025 · floydnannaThis is a quiet campground and everyone was so nice! Very clean and I would recommend this park to anyone. Love the swing by the fire, nice place to sit and relax. The Managers are very nice and quick to respond. Overall I will be back as its a beautiful park. Thank you again for all you have done
Jul 12, 2025 · Todd LaDeauWe were originally told they don't accept RV's older than 10 years last year. This might be a goal, but it's not a fact. We have a well traveled, well maintained older Airstream, which fits it just fine. The size of the spaces are reasonable, and they do have showers if you choose to use them and 3 washers & dryers. It's quiet.
Jun 23, 2025 · Carol RaynorI’m a seasonal camper in this park, where I spend about 5 months each year. It is PERFECT for folks like me who want a quiet country setting that is less than an hour’s drive from Boston, Worcester, and their high tech suburbs and universities. The park has all the services a seasonal visitor could want (two well equipped laundry facilities, on site propane fill, larger loaner propane tanks for winter use, mowed and trimmed lawns, two separate dog parks, roads plowed very early on snowy mornings, full services available at most sites). Managers are living on site, and are experts at RV maintenance issues. They’ve been there for me every time I asked! For those staying just a short time, the convenient location puts you right in the center of New England any day of the full year, making it a nice place to set up while you explore the area. FSRVP is NOT designed as a luxury “destination” RV resort with large RV sites, a sprawling swimming beach, or major onsite entertainment activities, although the new owners are investing in more amenities going forward. The real attraction here is a small, quiet, pet-friendly, safe, comfortable base, where you can meet lots of nice people from all over North America and from which you can venture forth for work or fun in the NH and MA communities.
