Five Star Mobile Estates About

For Minnesotans exploring diverse housing options in the greater Twin Cities metropolitan area, manufactured home parks often present an intriguing alternative to traditional homeownership or apartment living. These communities can provide a unique blend of affordability and the opportunity to own a home, even if the land is leased. In the northeastern suburb of Vadnais Heights, you'll find Five Star Mobile Estates, a community offering just such a living arrangement. Understanding the nature of manufactured home living and what specific communities offer is crucial for making an informed decision about where to call home in Minnesota.

Manufactured home communities have evolved significantly, moving beyond older stereotypes to offer modern homes within structured environments. They can appeal to a wide array of residents, from individuals seeking a more budget-friendly entry into homeownership to those looking for a manageable, single-level living experience. Five Star Mobile Estates aims to cater to these needs, providing a presence in the Vadnais Heights area, a suburb known for its numerous lakes, parks, and convenient access to both nature and urban centers.

When considering a mobile home park, prospective residents typically evaluate several key factors: the overall condition and maintenance of the community, the quality of management, the amenities provided, and its location relative to daily needs and lifestyle preferences. While manufactured home living provides the benefits of home ownership, such as personal space and the ability to customize your living environment, it's also a communal living experience with shared rules and responsibilities managed by the park. For Minnesotans, who often appreciate well-maintained environments and efficient services, understanding these aspects is paramount.

This article will delve into Five Star Mobile Estates, aiming to provide a clear and factual overview for local Minnesota users. We will cover its specific location, the services it typically offers, its key features, and crucial contact information. It is important to emphasize that while we strive for factual representation based on available public data, including aggregated public reviews, individual experiences may vary. Therefore, any prospective resident is strongly encouraged to conduct thorough personal research, including visiting the community, observing the grounds, and speaking with current residents and management, to ascertain if it aligns with their expectations for a living environment and community standards.

The choice of a manufactured home park in Minnesota often boils down to balancing cost-effectiveness with community quality and location. Five Star Mobile Estates presents itself as an option within the desirable Vadnais Heights area, offering proximity to natural attractions and suburban conveniences. For those considering this path to homeownership, understanding the detailed aspects of the community, as outlined in the following sections, will be invaluable in determining if it is the right fit for their housing needs in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.

I came to visit and was not impressed. The storm debris hasn't been removed, and parking is cramped. Hearing that rent is in the $700 range is absurd, considering how poorly the place is maintained and care for people compare to other townhomes. The ‘think positive’ slogan feels hollow when they don’t seem to understand what real positivity entails, and it doesn’t reflect in the quality of care given to the place to foster a truly positive environment to think positive. I hope they will speed up the fixes, improve into professional development and make it more welcoming for visitors as they always say, “First impression is important.”

Management is horrible, I understand most people aren’t home during the day because they are off at work, but I’m a stay at home mom of 2 kids under the age of 3. When ever work is being done around the community that effects the homes, there isn’t any communication via email or anything sent out. I shouldn’t wake up wondering why our water isn’t working properly and wonder if it’s our home or the working on something. Having working water is a HUGE deal. And of course when I call the office, the don’t answer. Very unprofessional.

Is a decent place to live for a mobile home but pretty upset it is now 2:40 and they still haven't plowed the snow. Caused me to missed a sales meeting because I couldn't get out, and now there is a school bus stuck in the snow.

I do not like this new owner at all. It is so hard to get a hold of them. I call and talk to the lady that work at the office 2 times about having the tree people to come out and cut the tree behind my house and still nothing happen yet. She DON'T EVER CALL BACK. The Lot rent is going up so much within a year. We need a NEW owner and new management that will actually care about the community. I do miss the old owner and the old manager that work at the office. It was not hard to get a hold of her and she call you back after you leave her a message. This new owner SUCKS!

It's not as clean as it used to be, and people are speeding more than ever. Loud music by people driving through. It used to be a respectable neighborhood. The management is very nice. Now they are adding water meters. Soon they will start billing for water. The old owners set it up so the water would always be free. He even went so far as to add a generator to the well pump.
