The location is great, connected to a beautiful area for walks and close to good schools. Neighbors are amazing for the most part. Unfortunately the person in charge is the worst person you will ever meet. It's really too bad because this place could be great if management cared at all about the people who live here.

Management(Steve) is a absolute joke. They have no idea how to do anything....something as simple as plowing the roads is like rocket science. We won't even get into Tina the office manager. I'm pretty sure my 7 year old son communicates better then she does. I use to work for the park. On call every other weekend for years......so I know some details about how they do stuff and really they need to be investigated on how they treat people.

This park sucks! The managers pick and chose who they want to be nice to. Not all rules apply to everyone. So many people get away with stuff that they shouldnt do but if you do it then they would be right on your tail just like that. And everyone is right about winter, that man plows snow onto peoples yard and blocks you in after you've bust your back to shovel out because he cant plow on a timely manner. Cheap lot rent but not proper service and unfair treatment. Theyre very fast to do complaints and violations on residents. You cant even plant a tree or flowers without asking the office! Thats ridiculous! Theres speeders and all sorts through the park but it doesnt seem to bother them. So called loud mufflers bothers them but not motorcycles and motorcycles are just as loud. On top of that motorcycles can park onto the yard but not trailers. Trailers dont use fluid of any kind but its not allowed to park on yard but the motorcycles can and they leak fluids. This park is ridiculous along with the managers.

There is a variety of homes available from old to newer. The management isn't the greatest ie: some rules only apply to some tenants while others they don't apply. There is a variety of nationalities that reside here. Since my original post things have gone down hill if you like to shovel the street to get out this is the place for you. Steve the manager is a horrible person to talk to about any issues you may have so if you like to be talked to like a child this is the place for you.
