I'm a resident here in mounds view mobile home lot as well as my family member I have lived here for the last 5 years I like it the part itself is quiet and maintain well my good experience with management are easy and they are very helpful as far as resources.
The current owner of the park clearly is just a big business that doesn't really care about the people who live there instead it's all about the money and nothing else. I feel bad for the people that live there .
I like how Moundsview (the trailer park) is located in Moundsview (the city). City planners should create a main street that runs through the middle and call it “Middle street”. Then, I would make a service road next to Middle Street and call it “Finger Avenue”.
Basketball hoop is super nice but the court needs to be redone.
