I have lived here 7-8-9 yrs (Holly will have to let me know for sure) now and it is different. We use to get our leaves sucked up by Mark. Now we have to bring them over to the wooded area (easy enough), they now have a food shelf for everyone! Holly Nixon and her crew are awesome and work hard. A couple of years ago we did a back pack and school supplies handout- and they have many other “get together events” I have seen more homes progress since the big corp took over. Do I miss some of the old things.. YES, however, I do not miss Mark. Holly is super easy to work with, she is helpful and she cares. Great Job Holly!
I don't live there, yet. But even during the application process I was in tears with how caring Holly Nixon is! She helped my family be approved to have a HOME and is going above and BEYOND anything I could've asked for in my family's greatest time of need. She's so kind and compassionate and judge-free. And to have that when it comes to obtaining a home for my 9 month old son is truly the best thing! Currently renovating the home we're hoping to move in to (maintenance man was friendly) and they're going a beautiful job! The community is very quiet and i'm excited about them looking into building a play ground. The application process was affordable, painless and so very fast (Holly broke the news to me herself and I danced and squealed I was so happy!)
