Quite new but the home are too close to one another. No space in the backyard

I think the lot rent is way to high 780 and all they do is trash and plow the streets not your driveway ... buy a condo or townhouse HOA $300- 350 a month lawn maintenance and driveway plowing ..... and pricing less then $155,000 there asking for a mobile home
