Lack of security and vandalism is way to high. Help protect your renters or they'll go elsewhere. A family member who lives there was gone for a couple days and came home to serious damage due to attempts of break ins. They had to change the locks twice! If your tenants can't leave for a weekend without fear of burglary and vandalism you have a serious problem.

I was just visiting a friend so Im no expert, but it was a decent mobile home park. Most of the trailers are well kept and the park is pretty quiet at night.
