  • Lot Rentals: The primary service is the rental of individual lots for manufactured homes, where residents own their home but lease the land.

  • On-site Management: The presence of dedicated on-site management and maintenance is a key service, aiming to address resident concerns, oversee community rules, and ensure the upkeep of common areas.

  • Utility Connections: While residents are typically responsible for their individual utility bills (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, cable), the park provides the necessary infrastructure for these connections.

Promotions or Special Offers

Specific, time-limited "promotions" or "special offers" for lot rentals at Gaslight Estates Mobile Home Park are not consistently advertised in public information. However, the inherent "promotion" of manufactured home communities like Gaslight Estates lies in their fundamental offer of affordable housing. Compared to traditional homeownership or apartment rentals, manufactured home living often provides a more cost-effective solution for residents in Indiana. For potential residents interested in a new or pre-owned manufactured home within the community, there may occasionally be opportunities for incentives directly from home dealerships or manufacturers working with the park, such as special financing rates or included appliance packages. However, these would typically be tied to the purchase of a home rather than the lot rent itself. The most reliable way to inquire about current lot rental rates, availability, and any potential move-in specials or home-purchase incentives would be to contact Gaslight Estates Mobile Home Park directly. They can provide the most up-to-date information on pricing and any opportunities that may be available to prospective residents.

The new management is very very rude! You have given them power and they have let it go to their heads! A family has owned a trailer in this park for 20 years and a new family member was going to move in since the previous owner decided to move and he was denied to take over the lot rent!’! Never ever missed lot rent and the park has many abandoned trailers and the new management is on the good people that still live there! This small living community is not welcoming at all the people who are still living here do not feel at home anymore! They have made people get rid of their dogs that are over 30lbs and if you don’t they will kick you out!! People can’t just get rid of their animals!!! And just think all this was done a month before Christmas can you say they have no heart! Congratulations new owners you have done a stand up job!!!!

A friend of mine lives here along with her mom and Grandmother. This is honest feedback from someone that does not live here but visits all the time. Over the past few years things are way better since they removed the dumpster,ect.. The entire complex is alot cleaner and way more organized and I always hear great things about the management on site. If you want to know more about the place then head out on a Sat or Sun and ask some of the current tenants yourself that are out and about. I'm sure you will hear great things...

They came up in my yard without warning or permission and removed items. It's a law suit in the waiting. How dare they?? They are rude and ridiculous. People are leaving like crazy. They think they own this park instead of just mananging it. They've raised rent 100 dollars in less than a year. And heard they plan to raise it again until it's 350.00. may as well get an apartment or house. And not have to deal with them. I will see them in court for my missing items!

Only giving one star because it makes you give a star. They just increased lot rent to 275 but refuse to fix anything including the awful gravel road that tears up my car. The whole front of my drive floods and of course nothing is being done about it. Park managers are nice and they are the only good thing about this place. My advice is put your money to better use and rent a house elsewhere.

Property management is very picky, roads are bad you own your own home but no accommodations for your lot rent , lot rent 275 a month and if a day late get 50 dollar late fee and 10 day eviction notice, ultimately not the managements fault but the owners who are from California, and take your money but do nothing to actually improve the property. Idea for 50 and up in age group but if you have kids or are a younger person you will most likely have problems. The plus is on site management will respond to concerns and do their best to keep the park mowed and noise to a minimum, they are the only reason the park is livable but they are not given the budget to do the improvements to the roads or to make as nice as they could..or want to. Rent a house or buy one because your paying for nothing here
