AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!!!! I would avoid this place at all cost. They will collect your money for your background checks, show you one of the best lots they have, have you pay 1st, last and damage deposit(even if you own your own), let you get electric set up to be turned on and wait an hour and a half before you are to move your trailer or camper in and switch lots on you and give you one close to the highway, the car wash and the traffic from all the restaurants. If you complain at all(which is what they bank on) they will allow you to rent the lot they originally promised you for $40 a nighy or they refuse to let you move in, return your money of course except for the background check money. It's a scam. The man who owns it seems nice, he lives out of state and let's a lady that lives there run it. More like run it into the ground. Messed up thing is I would have paid almost double what he was asking for the lot promised and paid a year ahead but won't recommend or even look their direction with the way its ran and by who's running it as of now. AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!!!
We purchased a home here. Absolutely adore the park! Mostly everyone here have been friendly and welcoming. Nice roomy lot, inexpensive lot fee, and a no nonsense property owner who takes care of issues as they arrive. We are very happy here in our spot. Closer to the quiet residents 😊 Moving back home from Maine, I am so glad to have found this place. It is home ♡
If I could give it no stars I would, the landlord of this property will try to avoid your calls and texts messages. If he does get back to you it will be a 3 weeks to a month to respond to you. The manager on site has stated that we could have called her, but we was told by the landlord to always call him with any problems about the place. We had raccoons get under our house had babies and the raccoons destroyed our electricity to the master bathroom, we called , texted everything we could...it never got fixed while we was living there and we waited for 5 months, then we moved out..they never did a walk through of our place so we has to clean the place up. There was pills everywhere in the room I was going to place my 2 year so I vacuumed up all of them because I didn't know what they was.. told management about it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone to live in, the landlord is rude. The maintenance is only one person so if anything happens expect to wait for a long time to get anything fixed and when it does get fixed it'll be like how our screen door was took 3 months to get that fixed.
Manufactured homes for rent are a good option for those on a limited income. This park has seen many improvements recently. Management is fair to all and they are seeking good residents and waving off those who won't keep their property in a neat and presentable condition.
Really quiet neighborhood, Not too expensive, and you can bring your own trailer or camper and get an empty lot to put it on. Also, Metronet fiber internet is available there.
