Aug 18, 2023 · JR HopwoodThis place is in the middle of nowhere. So, peaceful and quiet. 9 sites. FHU. Owners live in little cabin on the property. So sweet. Got a little gift basket. No traffic sounds, just a vehicle down the road once or twice an hour. Great little firepit gathering area. Very level. My jacks only came down for stability. Owner takes great care in fire ant prevention.
Mar 03, 2024 · Carla DenzienVery nice campground off the beaten path. You have to take a dirt/gravel road to get to it. The road was wide and easy to get our 31 foot class C with a toad down. We received easy to follow directions about where to park. Parking spot was a firm gravel pad which was mostly level. Loved the quietness of the location. I was able to take several long walks with my dog. At nighttime we were treated to a chorus of thousands of frogs and insects. It was great. We had AT&T cell phone connection with campground provided WIFI. Everything a person needs. If you are looking for a quiet place to get way from the hustle of life, this is it.
Aug 07, 2023 · David KochReviews: Grace’s Garden Campground Close to Steinhatchee yet off the beaten path (US 19) this small, quaint campground is nestled by trees down a long winding country road. Easy to navigate and the owner gets in touch prior to arrival to offer guidance and a warm welcome. We only needed a 1-night stop over. Next time will be longer to enjoy walks in the woods and fireside chats. The site was clean and peacefully surrounded by nature. Traveling in a 30’ motor coach, we appreciated the FHU and the level hard-gravel site. Small town is nearby for supplies. Great place, thank you!
