There are so many things we love about this place. The amazing, always changing view with the sounds of nature and peace all around. We feel we are here with others that truly value the beauty and serenity it offers. It’s an awesome location to go kayaking. So much adventure to be had here. We get up early every morning so we don’t miss any sunrises and watch every sunset. Hope you enjoy a couple photos.
We spent a month here last winter and absolutely loved it! Management was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions I had. What a beautiful, serene location right on the river:) We will go back for sure!
At the end of a dead end of a dead end right smack on the river... Tranquility Base here. Be advised beforehand while the Suwannee is beautiful one need know the dangers. Also, the respect of others privacy was a big plus. So quiet.
I like the place honestly....for the money and the distance traveled it breaks about even with somewhere with more amenities Now that I've been here for a while I can tell you a little bit about this RESORT Their Cameras don't work!!! The water is from an old well that the owners put some filters on controller filters get clogged in 2 days..... Has tons of iron buildup (don't drink or let it get in your ears) There is a restroom with shower The Bathroom Is Never Cleaned Beware of the frogs, cockroaches and snakes in the shower(we don't use😭) There is no trash on site There is no laundry on site The campground has Viasat Internet (if you know you know) The ELECTRICITY is horrible if it rains beware of the CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX IT GIVES OFF SPARKS There is only one 50 amp hookup it stays occupied. The front gate has been broke since July (No Security for you items) The pretty gazebo or screened room is never serviced the light inside hasn't worked since we've been here the handles on the screen door are broken on both sides
We had an awesome time. Hiking, biking and lot of sight to see. Not far from Mallory Swamp, for us off roaders. Keep your eyes open, we saw many gators. If you fish, kayak, or boat your on a great river. Nice spot.
