Nasty. Can't get around in it. cars parked in street. Landlord does not do her job. you have a problem to bad. The park is ran down and not taking care of. Only allow 2 cars per home. Not allowed to park in empty lots, unless you are kin to the manager. Then you can park where you want to and have as many cars you want. SO RUN FOR YOUR LIFE DO NOT RENT LAND OR HOMES IN HERE. THEY ARE FOLLOWING APART. YOU WOULD DIE IN THESE HOMES...
Very small community. We were looking at buying a mobile. The lot rent there is way to much for the dilapidated community. There was nothing that made me want to move there from the time I drove in.
Don’t move here! You been warned! The owner of the park is very dishonest! Save yourself the trouble and find another place.
Very clean place to live. Friendly people
