I can not stress enough how much bs we are dealing with here. No drive way, no shed, I can't park in my grass or in the street.. and we now have to cut our own grass.. new "parking permits" issued twice, yet still getting threats at least once a week taped to my door. This is the third time they have threatened to kick me out and detain(steal) all of my stuff and sue me for the damage they do breaking in.. all over a mysterious false fine..i always ALWAYS pay my rent in full on time for the last 5+ years I have lived here. This new management is the worst possible and they have no business running this place. They never answer the phone and they are never at "the office". The last manager was stealing from us with "mysterious fines". She went to jail. Constantly feeling like I could loose my truck with all my tools, loose the only place I call home and manage myself, AS A RENTER, and everything I own and worked hard to get. Great place to live if it wasnt for the horrible management

Horrible place to live at! The lot has changed ownership over 4 times in the past two years. Management is the worst and will do everything and anything to frustrate their tenants! It is June 2018 and the manager in charge is making the tenants life a living hell. Last manager was sent to jail for theft, she was taking money for rent and putting it into her own account. Stupid rules left and right, rules that have never been laid out in a contract. Flower mound has no clue what’s going on here and the Fair Housing committee should really take a look at this property and its management. There are unlawful things going on here and Denton County should be made aware of. I hope that the people living here can find somewhere else to live because it’s unfair the way that management is treating them. I will investigate and talk to someone about it.

EDIT: changed rating to a 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. They have changed management yet again. A manager who will never answer the phone yet when you go to the office she is on her personal phone chatting to friends or playing games. They decided to mow our lawns after a flood and ruined ky yard by getting stuck in it and so they charged us a $30 landscape fee. Now out of nowhere they charge an EXTRA $50 for no reason. They haven't done anything to our landscape and we haven't been late.l on any payment ever. The one time we were considered late was because they locked the rent drop box at 415pm when they tell tenants to pay by 5pm and their reason was because they had to hey back to the office before it closed. Stupid...it is an excuse. Lazy bums. The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because it's a low crime area. Otherwise there is poor management running this place. Seems only time they are around is to hand out notices they wont enforce. Neighbors are loud and don't follow rules yet management doesn't care.
