I am so glad I came to this community to see it for myself. Purchasing here was one of the best decisions I've made. The community is small and perfectly located, not too far from the university and close to the interstate as well. I spoke to a resident who said her low star rating was more about her landlord she was renting from. HHV is moving forward to owner occupied homes only to ensure all residents are vested in the community and there is no room for subpar landlords. My neighbors are hard working families and the community is clean and quiet. As a Mom of 3 I feel safe here & I would urge you to come and see it for yourself.

The owners of this village are always looking to improve their community. They are always working on their utility's to improve the experience for future residents to come. Always a pleasure to work with them.
It's a pretty nice mobile home park anymore. It's under new ownership and management. The place has cleaned up quite a bit and rent is still reasonable.
This place is a absolute dump. One of the worse trailer parks in the state! From the road to the trailers. Money needs POURED into this place. I'm there once a month for work the last 3 years nothing has changed!
