I've been living here a while and every time my water isn't running I'm told my pipes probably froze. I walked outside to see my water line turned off yet again with no warning or reason. So even when you pay your bill they just turn it off!.

I just moved into this community and I absolutely love it! When I was house-hunting, I had looked at many other homes in various nearby communities….but a lot of them looked very run down, overcrowded and overall poorly maintained. Heartland Pointe is nothing of the sort! The community standards are strongly enforced, which gives each lot some amazing curb appeal. The park manager, Shelley in particular, is awesome! She does so much for her community and truly cares about each and every one of her families. She organizes all sorts of activities/events for community members to participate in, which serves as social gatherings where neighbors can get to know one another better, thus bringing the community closer together. It is a VERY quiet park and me and my kids feel right at home. Can’t wait to spend many more years here!

Heartland point is such a great community to live. Shelly has made this place such a wonderful place. She helps this community in more ways than one could possibly imagine. Family, Friendly environment. There is always communication, and community activities, community Easter egg hunts, community clean up days, community gatherings, community giveaways, community raffles, most of all this place makes you feel right at home and feel like family. God bless it’s been wonderful.

Shelley was WONDERFUL to work with as she assisted with the selling of a home in the park to my daughter. I was impressed with how responsive Shelley is to guests requests, and it is obvious that she thoroughly enjoys her job in managing Heartland Pointe Mobile Home Park. It's not often that you see park managers scheduling different activities for the tenants and children that are park residents. I'm certain my daughter will be very happy in the Heartland Pointe community.

Use to have a bad name. My experience was to deal with a sheisty individual that sold me a load of kids clothes. She took advantage that it was pouring down rain. I couldn't get much of a chance to look at them. Turns out half of them are for a heavyset large woman. Not a child. They clothing itself was undesirable to say the least. Still crappie people in there. I'm not saying all of them but beware
