Amazing RV park. Sites are very spacious with concrete pads and full hook-ups. The park itself is VERY clean and well maintained. The time I spent here was very quiet. A train passes by up on the hill in the back part of the park now and then, but the trains are not intrusive at all. "B," the lady who took my reservation and checked me in was fantastic. Very helpful, had a great sense of humor and made me feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this park, and would stay again if/when I return to this area.
Apr 16, 2025 · RickOverpriced, Noisy, and Not Dog-Friendly – Stay Anywhere Else! This campground is an absolute rip-off for monthly guest who are only traveling for work. They charge $60 more per month than nearby campgrounds but offer nothing in return. The laundry facilities are extremely overpriced, and despite the high price, this place is not dog-friendly at all. There’s no dog park, and right in the center of the campground is a huge area marked “No Dogs Allowed”, making it feel like dogs are more of a nuisance here than welcome guests. The RV spots are crammed together, offering zero privacy. If it rains, expect to be stuck in a swamp, as the campsites flood easily. The sewer and electric hookups are placed terribly, requiring 15-30 feet of sewer hose just to reach the connection. Also, in the winter, the campground wraps the water spigot to prevent freezing—then plugs it into YOUR outlet, meaning you’re paying for their maintenance costs. Sleep? Forget about it. The entire campground is surrounded by train tracks, so you’re constantly woken up by passing trains. If that wasn’t bad enough, a company right across from the campground starts working at 4 AM, with workers yelling and running loud equipment, ruining whatever little rest you can manage. Not to mention, their equipment is scattered everywhere, making for a complete eyesore. On top of all that, expect to be overcharged for electricity, with bills exceeding $300+ every month. For a fraction of the price, you can stay just up the street at a campground that actually offers amenities like a store, cheaper laundry, properly placed hookups, and—best of all—NO trains, no 4 AM wake-up calls, and a more dog-friendly environment. Don’t waste your money here. We will never return.
May 13, 2025 · HonestRVfamWe stayed at the campground. It was wonderful. Everything clean and new. Friendly staff that came in late at night to check us in. This place was marked down to stay here again when we come through. 5 stars for us.
Feb 28, 2025 · Sylvia FisetteWe came across this rv park when my husband was traveling here for work. I can NOT stress enough how much we loved this place! I have children and it was SO safe, kids playing with other kids all day. It was always so clean, the outside, the shower houses, laundry house etc. They REALLY care about their establishment and do everything to accommodate their customers. Sadly we had to abruptly leave due to a family emergency, but are planning another trip here during the summer! Thank you for everything!
Nov 28, 2024 · Kayla BurnsThis was a nice RV park. All campers were well taken care of, check in was easy, just grabbed our packet from the red box and went to our site. It was Huge! Super easy back in site across from the well cared for bathrooms. Very clearly want you to take care of your dogs if you have them, signs where they can and cannot be. All the hookups were are the back of the site, nice level concrete pads to park on. Never talked to a person who worked there, reserved a spot online a few hours before we arrived and left without needing anything else. Only downside was the train horn at 7 in the morning, it sounded like it was right outside our window, not just once but several times in a row. Still glad we stayed here, $45/night, good T-Mobile cell service, close to town for groceries and huge sites.
