Spots are on the smaller side, but friendly owners, and secluded. Laundry facilities on site. I did get the only site they had open when I pulled into town, but worked well for what I needed. Only bad thing is a non refundable $100 pet deposit.

Junior, the owner, is very personable and is not just a landlord. I see him almost every day it seems working and trying to improve the park to make its appearance the best it can be. There are paved roads and lighting throughout the park along with cool antique gas pumps. There is a laundry room that is neat and whose machines wash and dry completely. There’s a main cabin that includes a full kitchen and is climate controlled. It also includes a full bath and shower, something that is highly valued while living in a small trailer. Rent is reasonable for what you’re getting by living here, one of the better parks in the surrounding Austin area.

Nice guy that owns the place. Seems like mostly residents however it is a clean place. You have to use care turning on to the uphill road to get there. Coming off a crowned road into a small gutter then an steep hill I bottomed out...going in and coming out. I wouldn't even try again to get anything larger than around 35 ft. Up there.
