Customer Reviews
Management is horrid. Won't return calls or texts. Doesn't accomplish anything in a timely manner. Cannot answer a simple question. Rude as the day is long. The manager (Scammy Pammy) decided it was acceptable to take items from the property I purchased. I specifically told her "I purchased the property AS IS & it belongs to me." She screeched & screamed stating the contents of my trailer were hers to sell. Legally 100% untrue. Then she threatened that I would receive a bill for the items. I recommend avoiding this place. Most of the trailers are uninhabitable. I will be leaving in the not too distant future. I thought I could make it work...but not with this type of management.
I was a tenant of this trailer park for almost 6 years!! My review is one to take seriously as is Nadia Taylor’s (my significant other at the time we stayed here to current); as well as Alicia Richmond, (mother of my first two children.) I stayed here over a year before Pam took over as management and then we were bought out by new owners. Since that transition this place has improved by leaps and bounds. Any problems or issues I had were addressed and handled in a timely manner; friendly and attentive neighbors; the neighborhood is kept as cleanly as possible with many updates and work done in the park as a whole. Even I myself had redone roofs in over half of the park; other updates including new gas lines; power poles with light fixtures; etc etc. I could continue into a whole list of the improvements to be honest. As well, any “trouble tenants” (those negative reviews; I recognize names here), were handled and some even removed AS NECESSARY, and as both the above mentioned women said; we felt safe living here with our young children and families. Pictures included are of the unit I stayed in personally until the time I left to become a homeowner; which staying in this reasonably priced and up-kept unit gave me the opportunity to grow and do.
The park manager is completely rude and has the nastiest attitude anyone can see. I would not get a trailer here if my life depended on it. She is never gonna get anybody there if she keeps it up especially if she tries to run people over because they may not be from the park and are just walking jogging or looking for their pets that got out. No trust in this establishment whatsoever. Stay clear of Hillcrest.
I'd have to say this place was amazing, the managers and owners really care about the people who live there and they handle things when they need to be handled. The fact that anyone had an issue, had a personal problem with management not at the park itself. The neighborhood is nice, the neighbors are very friendly, I had a wonderful time being there with my young daughter.
This place bull....the management will not fix anything had to place rent into escrow and still nothing has been done to fix the place. I have two kids and she dont care if there safety. And place there is other peoples movle homes that need fix and management will not fix there stuff..... Good place to live is Pam would do something about the run down trailers, really if someone was fixing up the park then why is there a state report saying other things that is wrong with the trailer. Pam tried 6 sixs times to get us removed because of the repairs that was needed. After the report we put everything in escrow. Let be real this place is nice if management was not a money hungry woman. Plus she likes to feed on people that she can bully around. Like people with disabilities or how low in come.
