This place is a dump. The owner, Floyd is the worst of the worst. He sells campers or trailers. Whatever you wanna call them and then gets drunk and fights with the owners throws them out when they argue back and then resells the campers and trailers. He’s been doing this for years. They have cats everywhere. When I tell you, I counted 38 cats that’s a minimum of 38 cats. He illegally feeds feral cats that live under peoples trailers. We were visiting my mother-in-law, two months ago and she had the door open and a cat comes running up her steps and damn near got in the house. It smells like cat piss when you’re in the yard. The whole trailer park has wild cats running everywhere. He goes into peoples trailers illegally. Walks up and down screaming at people and hollering. If you are white trash, and need somewhere to live, you can go there. I’ve been telling my mother-in-law to leave for years now and she says that she likes the neighbors. She’s so used to the dis respect and rudeness from the owner. She’s suffering from Stockholm syndrome. Honest to God I never put negative comments unless they are true. This place is a dump. Drive-through there one good time and just look at the way he allows people to live. You got to support drug and alcohol addictions somehow and if you move here, that’s all you’re doing. Only difference between him and a Somalian, as he doesn’t support terrorism.
I don't live there, thank goodness, but I know people who do. This man is a slum lord. The roads are terrible, and if you complain about them, he threatens to evict you. He also swears at the tenants and threatens them, calling them names. He does this to men and women, and I've personally heard him threaten to hit a woman. He needs to be turned in badly.
I'm not sure if I like it. Guy was nice and made a decent offer but then the phone number was disconnected. I don't know if it was changed or what.
