Blue Water Manor, located in Warren, Ohio, presents itself as a community that, despite common stereotypes, strives to be a supportive and engaging environment for its residents. It's a place where the focus is on fostering a sense of belonging, particularly for families and retirees, and where the management actively works to enhance the living experience for everyone. Blue Water Manor is situated at 3260 Salt Springs Rd, Warren, OH 44481. While the concept of a mobile home park can sometimes carry a certain stigma, it's crucial to look beyond broad generalizations and consider the specific experiences of residents. Customer reviews offer a contrasting perspective. While one review paints a very negative picture, citing issues with cleanliness, pet management, safety, and drug activity, another, strikingly different review offers a counter-narrative of a "great place to live." This review describes Blue Water Manor as a mobile home community primarily "full of families with young children & retirees," highlighting a "very warm community feel." It also praises the staff, noting that Michelle, the regional manager, and Alexis, the landlady, are "friendly & always willing to help residents." This reviewer, having lived there for three years, explicitly states, "I didn't expect to like it here as much as I do. It's a nice place to raise our children." The divergence in these reviews underscores the importance of individual perception and experience. Our aim here is to provide a balanced overview based on the provided data, allowing Ohio locals to form their own informed opinions.

Typical low income trailer park. No one takes care of thier homes. Cats running everywhere. Whole park smells like urine. Loose dogs attacking other dogs. No one keeps thier dogs on a leash. Everyone thinks its okay to let thier dog out unleashed and have a bowel movement everywhere. Drugs and drug dealers all over the place. Crack and cocaine offered to kids. Poloce and the orkid man there all the time due to trouble and bugs. Nosey neighbors causing drama. Kids are not safe. Bed bug infested.

Honestly, this is a great place to live. It's a mobile home community & we have a few of the obligatory oddballs that tend to be present in trailer parks, but even they're nice, harmless people. Mostly, this place is just full of families with young children & retirees. The staff organizes all sorts of fun things for the kids to do & there's a very warm community feel. Michelle, the regional manager, & Alexis, the landlady, are both friendly & always willing to help residents. When we moved in 3 years ago, I didn't expect to like it here as much as I do. It's a nice place to raise our children.

The park manager needs a better attitude. In the last year they have had 2 different managers. I'm sure if she had some problems she would want a manager who was willing to work with her. The rude and nasty attitude doesn't belong in a place like this. She should learn some better manners.

Well when I first moved in I kinda liked it. It was quite no one bothered you everyone stayed to there self . But then it all changed the cops are in here almost every day the speed limit is 10mpr and everyone speeds through here like it's a race way . No one is doing anything to prevent it I mean some people have to back in there drive ways just so they don't get hit pulling out and even then it's not safe. We aren't allowed to park on the road ways but no one follows the rules I'm this place. There is way to must gossip going on and everyone is always in each others business. I thought this place was going to be a good place for my mother to retire in but now I am not so sure about that . #sorrynotsorry
