Promotions or Special Offers

Based on the provided customer reviews and general information about manufactured home communities, specific, ongoing promotions or special offers directly from Hillside Estates Manufactured Home Community are not consistently advertised. Typically, manufactured home parks focus on the value proposition of their lot leases and the community environment itself, rather than offering frequent promotional discounts. The inherent "special offer" of manufactured home living often lies in its potential for a more accessible cost of homeownership compared to purchasing a traditional stick-built home in the Pennsylvania region. This can lead to significant long-term savings on housing expenses.

Any potential "promotions" related to Hillside Estates would more likely be tied to the sale of specific manufactured homes available within the community. These homes might be offered by individual sellers, real estate agents, or, occasionally, by the park management if they own inventory. Such offers could involve a reduced purchase price for a particular unit, inclusion of certain appliances, or other incentives to facilitate a sale. It is always recommended that interested parties directly contact Hillside Estates Manufactured Home Community to inquire about current lot availability and any homes for sale within the community. Given some of the concerns raised in reviews regarding management communication, persistence and clear articulation of inquiries may be necessary. Direct communication is the most reliable way to obtain accurate and up-to-date information on any available properties and associated financial considerations.

This community use to have great management. Now the park has taken a nose dive. New management doesn't inform its residents that there will be water shut off for maintenance. They wait until the day before or the day of for, if at all, to send out monthly statements. There is no local person to address with concerns. No one monitors the lots. Riff raff once kicked out of the community are now speeding up the roads where my child plays. Trash is littered around the roads. Pot holes the size of my tire all over making it hard to drive without causing damage to my vehicle. It's like management gave up on maintaining what was worked so hard to achieve. Highly disappointed in management and the locals who are abusing the lake of supervision.

I do believe that it has gotten better it was rough for the manager Heidi wolf starting out and for the people complaining being turn down don't be blaming her she ask you to follow with the park owners rules and if I'm not mistaken all she does is take the application and it gets sent to the ones that are in charge with making the decision keep up the good work Heidi and Rick just saying

This is a really lovely community in the Erie area. I've a seen a few other not so nice communities near by that are not worth a visit, but Idyll Whyle Village is definitely changing (for the better) and is worth checking out. It used to be a bit of an eyesore, but the community is really starting to clean up!

This is a mobile home park a friend lives in. This person owns the trailer but still pays around $350.00 per month for lot rent. The park is under new management who immediately raised the prices for rent, put in place alot of strict rules and they won't repair issues with the property they own. I'm sure there are other parks that would be better to their tenants.

The park didn't put in the playground, it was put in by the Erie county from a block grant, because most of the ppl there are poor. No tables or chairs in the pavilions, you have to rent them so the park's making money on them. Were supposed to pave the road but all they did was cold patch some of the potholes which doesn't last. Drainage problem never fixed so ppls floors rot out and pipes in the ground rot as well.
