Its a no thrills kind of place, its quite and everyone keeps to themselves selfs, has a lot of long term guest staying there. No pool, no office , drop box for your payments, another words, checks or money orders are required. The nearest store fir food and such is about 5 miles down the road, however there are gas stations just 2 miles away. This place has potential but right now there is a lot of eye sores to look at. But it wasnt much to stay there so if your on a budget it's $400 per month and that includes your utilities, no internet available.

Rented a lot there with my own trailer . The owner charged me a pet deposit even though i owned my mobile home and my dogs did not run free. I even put up a fence in my back yard. I would say that is greed on his part. All i rented was his lo. Did not stay there long because of his behavior.
Just stoped to visit a old friend but for first impression was good. Place was clean trailers and rvs were nice.. I would have gave 5 stars but man 59 will kill u if not paying attention speed limit is 70 and you have to jump out to leave did not like that.
