This park stands out for its serene, rustic setting, friendly owners, and convenient access, making it a favorite among those who prioritize peace and practicality. Far from the hustle and bustle, Honeysuckle Farm RV Park provides a genuine taste of country living while ensuring all the necessary amenities for a comfortable RV stay.

In the landscape of Georgia's diverse RV parks, Honeysuckle Farm RV Park carves its niche by offering a relaxed, unpretentious environment. It's a place where the sounds of nature prevail, and the owners go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Whether you're passing through on a long journey, staying for a few days to explore the Dublin area, or need a longer-term spot, this park offers a unique blend of convenience and natural charm. This article will dive into what makes Honeysuckle Farm RV Park a compelling choice for locals and travelers alike, highlighting its location, services, features, and overall suitability.

Location and Accessibility

Honeysuckle Farm RV Park is ideally situated at 2866 GA-257, Dublin, GA 31021, USA. Its location is a significant advantage, as it's just about a minute off I-16 (Exit 49, Highway 257). This direct access to a major interstate highway makes it an incredibly convenient stop for RVers traveling across Georgia, particularly those on routes to or from coastal destinations like Jacksonville, Florida.

Despite its proximity to the interstate, reviewers consistently praise the park for being "quiet" and "peaceful." This rare combination of easy accessibility and serene surroundings is a major draw. Dublin, Georgia, itself is a charming city in Laurens County, providing all the essential services and amenities that RVers might need, including grocery stores, fuel stations, restaurants, and local attractions. While the park is set in a more rustic area, the short drive to Dublin ensures that convenience is never far away. Directions, though noted by one reviewer to be a little tricky due to a missing sign (reportedly due to a hurricane), emphasize turning right immediately after a white house, at the right turn lane for an intersection/stoplight. The current information from the park's Passport America listing indicates "From I-16 take Exit 49 (Hwy 257). Head North toward Dublin for 1/4 mi, entrance is on right. From US Hwy 441 Bypass, take Hwy 257 S towards I-16 approximately 2 mi. Entrance to park is on the left just past 1st traffic light. Entrance & sign are lighted by street light," suggesting improvements have been made or clearer markers are now present.

We called when we were 20 min away, at 7pm on a Sat night. Owner answered and gave directions. He wasn't sure if 1 of the 2 pull through sites was available, but said "if it's empty, it's yours". No sign, and it's a little rustic (not sure if there's a bath house since we don't use them?), but it was perfect for us. Quiet despite being 1 min off I-75, and a lovely little pond with trees and wild flowers. We're a 45 ft class A towing an F150, and we fit just fine in the pull through. Full hookups with 50amp. Note that the road for the loop isn't complete, but as the owner said, you can drive on the grass and it's hard. I probably wouldn't attempt after a rain storm. To get to the pull throughs in the back, go in and drive til you see them. DO NOT pull straight in or hookups will be on your passenger side. You have to veer left (off the road into the grass), and do a wide lazy U turn, then pull in to the pull-through site once your RV is facing the entrance. We did this in our rig while towing the truck, there's plenty of room if you're decent at maneuvering and it's light out. Side note, since there isn't a sign, follow the directions we were given, and turn right immediately after the white house. You'll see the intersection/ stoplight in front of you, and as soon as you get into the right turn lane for the intersection, that's where you take a hard right into the RV park. There is a post where the sign used to hang, that's how you know it's the correct place to turn. He said the sign was ruined in the hurricane and he hasn't gotten around to hanging the new one lol. If we need a place to stay overnight on our way to Jacksonville FL we'll stay here again... But definitely call ahead and triple check reservations!

We were running our dog in Dublin. I normally only like to book where I can online but they don’t have a website. So I called and booked. Super friendly staff. Complete hook ups at site with power (we have 50 amp)and sewer. Most sites are pull through. There was a few campers that live there. But it did not detract from the view or quaintness of the park. The pond is stocked with fish. And the ducks are adorable. The bathhouse was very clean if you need it. If we are back in the area we most definitely will stay again.

Charlie was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Very nice and roomy sites. Te park has a nice pond and the park is well maintained and quiet. I did not rate this park at 5 stars due to their website listing that there was a laundry and they don't have one. We had to drive into town to get our laundry done. Very reasonable rates and we would definitely stay there again.
