Eagles About

Eagles Manufactured Home Community, often simply known as Eagles, is a mobile home park located in Dublin, Georgia. For many in Georgia, manufactured home communities offer a significant pathway to affordable homeownership or rental housing in a market where traditional options can be increasingly out of reach. These communities strive to provide a unique living experience, often emphasizing a sense of neighborhood and practicality. Eagles aims to be a part of this landscape in Dublin, offering a place for individuals and families to reside.

This article will provide an overview of Eagles Manufactured Home Community, based on publicly available information and customer feedback. We will explore its location, the services it typically offers, its stated features, and provide contact information for those interested in learning more. The goal is to give local Georgians a comprehensive, factual, and engaging perspective on what to expect from Eagles Manufactured Home Community.

Location and Accessibility

Eagles Manufactured Home Community is situated at 1325 N Franklin St, Dublin, GA 31021, USA. This address places it within the city limits of Dublin, a central hub in Laurens County, Georgia. North Franklin Street is a well-known thoroughfare in Dublin, suggesting relatively easy access to local amenities and services.

Dublin, Georgia, provides a mix of small-town charm and growing urban conveniences. Residents of Eagles would find themselves with accessible routes to grocery stores, retail shops, dining establishments, and healthcare facilities within Dublin. The city is also known for its historical sites and local parks, offering recreational opportunities for residents. Being located on a main street like North Franklin Street means that transportation around town is generally straightforward, whether by personal vehicle or, for those with access, potentially public transport options depending on local services. The broader region of Central Georgia is also accessible from Dublin, connecting residents to larger cities like Macon for more extensive shopping, employment, and entertainment options.

Services Offered

Eagles Manufactured Home Community, like most mobile home parks, provides essential services to its residents. Based on information from their official management group (Roots Management Group, which operates under the "Vineyards" brand mentioned in reviews), and general practices in the industry, typical services include:

  • Manufactured home rentals: The community offers homes for rent, often featuring multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, with amenities like central AC/heat and appliance hookups. Available homes may vary in size and features.
  • Lot rentals: While the primary focus might be on renting homes, many parks also offer residents the option to rent a lot if they already own a manufactured home.
  • On-site office: A community office is typically available to assist residents with inquiries, payments, and general management concerns.
  • Maintenance services: Management is generally responsible for the upkeep of common areas and infrastructure within the park.
  • Utility connections: Sites are equipped with connections for essential utilities like water, sewer, and electricity. Note that a customer review mentions water and sewage are charged separately, which is common in many mobile home parks.
  • Online resident portal: Roots Management Group communities often provide an online portal for convenient rent payments and other resident services.

It's important to note that while these services are generally provided, the quality and responsiveness can vary, as indicated by some customer reviews. One review mentions that "Water and sewage is charged separately and because no one reports water problems the residents get charged a lot," suggesting potential issues with utility billing or communal water issues impacting residents. Another review highlights poor communication regarding home readiness.

Features / Highlights

According to information available from its management, Eagles Manufactured Home Community promotes several features aimed at creating a comfortable and family-friendly living environment. While customer reviews provide a different perspective on the current state of these features, the stated highlights include:

  • Basketball Court: Designed for recreational activities and fostering community engagement.
  • Well-Equipped Playground: Providing a space for children to play and interact.
  • On-Site Laundry Room: Offering convenience for residents to manage their chores.
  • Affordable Living: A core focus of manufactured home communities is to provide cost-effective housing solutions. Eagles aims to offer homes that blend comfort with affordability.
  • All-Age Community: Designed to welcome individuals and families of all ages, fostering a diverse community.
  • Convenient Dublin Location: Proximity to local attractions in Dublin such as the Dublin Laurens Museum, Stubbs Park, Theatre Dublin, and the Oconee River Greenway, offering cultural and outdoor activities.
  • Family-Friendly Amenities: The community emphasizes amenities that cater to families, promoting a welcoming environment.

It is crucial to acknowledge that customer reviews present a contrasting view regarding the actual condition and management of these features. One review states, "All the homes are run down," and "the ground ruined my brand new tires! Having the ground like that with all those huge holes is very dangerous. Someone is going to get seriously hurt one day and you’ll get sued! You can obviously see that the owner doesn’t take care of anything." Another mentioned, "Loud music playing, especially late at night. People up late and either yelling or talking very loudly... Very loud here, not peaceful at all." These comments suggest potential disparities between advertised features and real-world conditions concerning property maintenance, noise levels, and overall living environment.

I doordash there and the ground ruined my brand new tires! Having the ground like that with all those huge holes is very dangerous. Someone is going to get seriously hurt one day and you’ll get sued! You can obviously see that the owner doesn’t take care of anything. I have a dash cam now so if it happens again to my car, it’ll be on recording and I promise I’ll sue

This place use to be clean but now all you see is a bunch of pot heads smoking outside there house like it’s legal in Georgia. All the homes are run down. Water and sewage is charged separately and because no one reports water problems the residents get charged a lot. Management is to concerned with being validated with corporate. To see that this park and most of the tenants need to leave. If it wasn’t for the inverter’s buying the old homes and adding live and respect to these homes the park really wouldn’t be worth the time. No matter who they put in that office Eagles will always be a nasty place as long as VINEYARDS has a hand in it.

Poor to no communication. The mobile home I chose was Lot#40 which was a new unit that was just placed on the lot so it had to have all the electrical plumbing air and heat unit installed. I paid the application fee and deposit at that time. The assistant landlord advised me that the unit would be ready on the 1st of November. On the 27 of October I went to check on the progress well low and behold nothing had been done to the unit. I then went to the home office and spoke with Chasity about refunding my deposit. I wrote the corporate office of why I want my deposit back and Chasity advised me that it was going to be submitted that same day and it would take about 30 days before I would be refunded. Which is kinda understandable. I call just to see how things was going. The home office told me that they have no way of knowing because the corporate office is handling it. Then I called and asked for the corporate office number and was told by the assistant landlord the she don’t know the number and to call back when Chasity come in. Well I called back and no one answered. Well here it is the 1st of December and I still have no idea of what’s going on. I have called and texted and still no answer. My question is how can you work in an office and not know the number to your corporate office. So unprofessional

I'm wanting to buy a home there but unsure about background check. In 2011 got a felony for taking drugs . It was in a different state never been in trouble before or since then. I was trying to deal with losing my mom. I don't want that held against me. I've lived and learned a valuable lesson. I 100% disabled. And would like to be closer to my daughter.

Loud music playing, especially late at night. People up late and either yelling or talking very loudly. If people aren't driving by playing loud music, then they are playing loud music from their homes. Very loud here, not peaceful at all. Water and sewage bills increasing, they don't repair anything that needs it. Been waiting on a front door over a year since the previous mangers have been here. The manager and company don't seem to care, just tell you what you want to hear.
