My brother in law and sister in law live there and between how relaxing their place is and the gorgeous trees surrounding the property I truly find it cozy. The place definitely lives up to its name. Neighbors are quite and very respectful. Hope to live there down the road

It would be a better park if the tenants of the park had a chance to create a community together as a full body, instead of the residents being runned out by Gemstone Properties from Michigan that want each lot to conform to a standard that is uneconomic and unnecessary. The people in this park have put heart, love, and soul into their place and have been asked; after their years of living here and dedication; to tear it all down and forced to complie or risk evictions.
Not enough space for kids to play and cars are in and out all the time. Besides, every trailer is so close to each other you really don't have privacy or space for a gathering or little party.
