We have lived in this community for over 18 years. It has been a most peaceful and clean place to live. The owners couldn't be kinder and were always willing to help if an issue arose. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. We have loved the 'feel of the country' here, yet so close to places to shop and do business. It has been a very pleasant experience.

We moved here in April 2021. We really like it here. If you join in and go to things you meet and make friends. It is a very quiet place. For such a seemingly remote location the park is conveniently near I-4 about halfway between Daytona and. Orlando. New Smyrna and Cape Canaveral are not that far away. I'm glad we moved here.

Stuck out in the middle of literally No where! Its over priced lot rent and recently just made residents start paying for water. Most of the homes are nice enough but there isnt anything special about this park and its significantly more expensive than others that have better features and closer to stores or shops. They do have the standard club house and pool, but neighbors are not at all friendly. They seem to be more concerned about lining their own pockets than the residents who by in large are all on fixed income.

We moved to Florida 3 years ago and we had not planned on buying a house, we were here to help my wife’s mother who is 90 years young so we had plans to come and as needed with but didn’t work out as she needed more help so we took about 8 months looking for a place and I just didn’t care for anything we looked until ran across Lake Helen Villa and the home here, sure it’s a mobile home park but my first time here I was home more or less. I am from a small town in western Kansas and I like people but I like the wide open space and here it like a country setting and we are very happy here, folks here are very friendly and the staff is great people to work with. Either way of buying a house, mobile or sticks and bricks you are going to pay, it doesn’t matter. Great place so far.
