Services Offered

Lake Land RV Park is structured to provide comfortable and essential services primarily for long-term RV stays, as indicated by customer reviews and its operational model. The park focuses on fundamental amenities that cater to residents and extended visitors, emphasizing convenience and a peaceful living environment.

  • RV Sites with Hookups: The park offers dedicated RV sites. While not explicitly detailed, it is standard for parks like this to provide full hookups, including:
    • Electric Hookups (30 and 50 amp): Essential for powering RVs, with flexible options for different power needs.
    • Water Hookups: Providing potable water directly to each site.
    • Sewer Hookups: Allowing for convenient waste disposal at each individual site.
  • Monthly Rentals: A key service highlight is that the park "does not rent by the week. Only on per month basis." This indicates a focus on longer-term residents, fostering a more stable and less transient community. This structure is particularly beneficial for those in Russellville for work or extended stays.
  • Affordable Pricing: Reviews mention "affordable prices with or without paid electricity." This suggests competitive monthly rates, with an option to pay for electricity separately, which can be advantageous for managing utility consumption.
  • Well-Kept Grounds: The park ensures that the "grass is always mowed" and the property is "well kept." While not a direct "service," this commitment to maintenance contributes significantly to the pleasant and clean environment for residents.
  • Dog-Friendly Environment: Lake Land RV Park is explicitly "dog friendly," accommodating campers with their furry companions. This is a crucial service for many RVers who travel with pets, though specific rules regarding leashes and waste disposal would apply.

The focus of Lake Land RV Park is clearly on providing a stable, peaceful, and functional environment for long-term RVers, rather than extensive recreational amenities. This makes it an ideal choice for those who prioritize a quiet place to reside while in Russellville. For the most precise details on site availability, current rates, and specific hookup options, direct contact with the park management is always recommended.

  • Exceptionally Quiet Environment: This is arguably the most emphasized highlight by real customers. • Abundant Shade Trees: The presence of "big shade trees" is a significant feature, especially in Arkansas's warmer months. Shade trees provide natural cooling, reduce energy consumption for RV air conditioning, and contribute to a more comfortable outdoor living space.

Promotions or Special Offers

Based on the available information and customer reviews, Lake Land RV Park operates with a specific pricing structure geared towards long-term stays, rather than traditional short-term promotions or discounts typically found at nightly or weekly campgrounds. Their core "offer" is the inherent value of their monthly rental model and the services included within that.

The primary and most significant aspect of their pricing is:

  • Monthly Rental Basis Only: Lake Land RV Park "does not rent by the week. Only on per month basis." This policy itself acts as a unique offering, catering specifically to those seeking extended stays. For individuals or families planning to be in Russellville for a month or longer, this structure inherently provides a more stable and typically more affordable per-night rate compared to what daily or weekly rates would accumulate to elsewhere.
  • Affordable Prices with or without Paid Electricity: Reviews highlight "affordable prices with or without paid electricity." This indicates a flexible pricing model where guests have the option to pay a base monthly rate and then manage their electricity consumption separately, potentially leading to cost savings for those who are mindful of their usage. This transparency and flexibility in utility billing can be considered a beneficial "offer" for long-term residents.

Given the park's focus on providing a quiet and stable environment for long-term residents (especially those in town for work), it is highly unlikely they would offer seasonal discounts, holiday promotions, or loyalty programs that are common with more transient-focused RV parks or resorts. Their value proposition is built on consistent affordability for extended stays and the quality of the living environment.

For the most precise and up-to-date information on their current monthly rates, availability, and specific details regarding electricity billing options, the best course of action is always to directly contact Lake Land RV Park using the provided phone numbers.
