- Standard Daily Rates: Campsite fees generally range from $20 to $26 per night for sites with electric and water hookups. Some sources indicate prices starting as low as $13 or $16, likely for more basic or non-electric sites if available, or for older rates.
- America the Beautiful Passes: Holders of qualifying America the Beautiful – The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Passes (such as the Senior Pass or Access Pass) often receive a 50% discount on the nightly rate for their campsite. One review mentioned paying "$10 with Sr. Lifetime Pass," which aligns with this policy. These passes are highly recommended for frequent campers at federal sites.
- Weekly Rates: Some sources indicate weekly rates around $70. It's important to confirm if this rate is also eligible for any pass discounts, or if it represents a base rate for an extended stay.
- Picnic Shelter Rentals: Picnic shelters are available for daily rental, typically for $50 per day (reservable March 1 – October 31). Tennis courts and soccer fields can also be rented daily for $30.
- No Day Use Fees: Day use fees generally do not apply at Old Post Park.

Customer Reviews
2nd time staying here from out of state. Awesome and quiet campground with great sites. (Pics are at site #B28)
Great mature trees. Water and electric hookups, dump station on site. There are sites overlooking the Arkansas River but the river is down a steep hill.
Great camp hosts. Very friendly very clean. Only downfall water was not hot
Campground was very nice with a great view. There were several small playgrounds outside of the campground. Restrooms were clean and upkept. We stayed at site B32, only issue was ants, they got into everything, had to leave a day early.
We love camping here. It's beautiful and the bathrooms are clean. But the ants are out of control. We have stayed here 2 years in a row, and each time we get attacked. They are in everything, including our car. Trailer, tent, everything is infested. They have made for a miserable trip and we will probably leave early. We used the showers and got attacked the second we walked outside. I won't stay here again. I have never stayed in a camp with the ants this bad. We were in #20
