Overall a very quite park. They are prompt when it comes to fixing problems. Mr Smith is a good guy. Waco Mobile Homes actually own the place and their rules are a little strict but overall we enjoyed living there.

Quite, Great neighbors and Mr. Smith went above and beyond when we had concerns. The trailer was older but roomy and comfortable. They are on the ball about people keeping there area nice so not alot of broken down cars or couches in the yard like the first place we looked at.
