I stayed here about 5 months. This place is small and quiet, the price is affordable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner is around often and is also very friendly. I would recommend it, and if I'm in the area will definitely stay again. The nearest towns are 10 mins in either direction for all your needs, the town itself is small and unfortunately doesn't have many shops.
Jul 16, 2023 · Cristian PedrazaAs the manager of this park, I am commenting on the bad review that was left by a person of the name of Mr Harol. There was a safety concern, which was an electrical issue with Harol's RV to our current tenants and I brought this concern to the owner and let it be his choice, which of course his choice was to keep our tenants safe as his top priority, which out weighed any amount of money the owner of the park would lose, in which all of our tenants are most thankful for. As for my dog, he is not a pit bull and he barked one time like all dogs do when they meet a stranger, so how is it that Mr Harol claims my dog barks 24 hours a day, disturbing all our tenants, when Mr Harol and his wife were only in our park for less then 3o minutes total. All the tenants feel safer with my dog in the park warning them of potential danger in our park and I've had several tenants tell me that. Now let me respond about our laundry room that our tenants appreciate having the convenience of being able to do their laundry any time of the day or night and all the tenants here know that it has more then one washer in it, and furthermore, Mr Harol or his wife did not even look at our laundry room due to the fact they were not here long enough to do so.
Jul 25, 2023 · Charlotte EckartThis place was amazing. Easy access from 59, and enough room to back the trailer in without any trouble. They offer satellite for $20 a month which is awesome cause that's less than you would pay with your own dish. Mr. Todd is a very friendly and understanding person. I moved in and he pro rated my rent and satellite instead off charging me for the whole month. 2 days after I moved in I had to move because my job sent me somewhere else. Mr. Todd was really understanding and worked with me on a refund. If I'm ever around that part of Texas again this will be my go to place
Jun 18, 2016 · Jeff HeidlebergI have nothing but good things to say about this park, the owner of the park works very hard at keeping the park neat and clean and is very personable with the customers, the time that I have spent there was enjoyable especially with Bates Allen Park being so close, I have taken my dogs to the park on many occasions. the manager of the park is also very helpful and knowledgeable about RVs and does repair, and Transportation as well. the prices at this park are cheaper than any other Park that I have been in, I have also seen the park around Christmas time and they decorate the park with really nice lights, I saw that one person gave the park a bad review because he was evicted and this park does not deserve a bad review, I am sure that if the owner evicted him he must have had some pretty good reasons because he is such a nice person to deal with, if I could I would give this park more than five stars.
Sep 14, 2018 · Michele DoucetLazy K RV park is clean, quiet, with easy access to the highway. The part that I love most is the price! The owner Todd was really nice and super helpful! He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. This will be my go-to place when I am in town.
