Customer Reviews
It's Spacious 20'x40' cement slab FHU sites equipped for 50 amp RV's. The owner, Joey, is very accommodating and keeps the park pristine. The monthly rent includes electricity. I highly recommend staying at this RV Park whether you are a long term or seasonal camper.
Joey, the owner, is very kind and let us stay in his park while we had doctor appointments near by. He prefers full time rentals but made an exception for us. There is nothing fancy here. The concrete pads are huge and hookups work fine. That’s all we needed. If he has space the next time we come through we will definitely stay again. Thank you Joey. It was a pleasure to meet you and stay in your park.
Unfortunately the "business" he ran with us is not quite the pleasant experience he makes it out to be. Though we rented an apartment above a garage from him. There was no contract or anything signed (should have been my first red flag but we were in a hurry to get everything moved). Next thing I know we are being kicked out with 5 days notice because PEC didn't put the bill in my name fast enough. It was followed by threats of towing our truck that i told him my father-in-law would be back to get later that day. I had to threaten to make him evict me legally, which would mean I would have another 30 days, if he touched my truck. He quickly backed down. Something was off about the whole situation. Joey was odd with us from the start. But I have been told by a friend on the RV side of things that she had the opposite experience and he was laid-back and understanding. Nothing like what we got. Anyhow, if I had the option of not leaving a star I would. Especially considering the apartment wasn't even finished properly. We sealed the windows ourselves because we were tired of the wind howling through them. The doors dont shut properly. You can feel the outside air from several areas in the house straight from the cracks in the walls. It is infested with spiders, small roaches and scorpions as well. I swear you can't take a step without seeing multiple spiders everywhere and the garage is their breeding grounds. The pic is a large curled up scorpion on the wall.
