This trailer park is located in Huntington TX behind the Wilson addition. There are more mobile homes that are empty and degrading which makes the park look horrible. And the trailers they have for rent need so much work done on them. They should have renter's sign a lease agree to maintain their yard so the place looks half descent. But the worse issue of all is the road!! If you have a big 4X4 or want to ride a four wheeler to the house that would be proper things to drive. But if you're driving your car, that's a totally different story! There's no way I'd rent a home from this place!
I have been here for 4 years paying lot rent and have had no trouble at all.
I live here not a lot of traffic and is quite. Owners are very nice.
