Camp Decorah - Gateway Area Council, Scouting America

Excellent facilities and beautiful camp! This was our first weekend there but it won't be the last.

The sinks don't work at the latrine. But they did have an actual bathroom in the main lodge. But our bathrooms didn't have stalls. The cabin windows didn't tie open. But the staff were really nice and the cabin houses were better than tents but they don't have mattresses but they gave us old army sleeping bags to sleep. And they had nice views, a watch tower, and many areas ti hike at. It was a good camp but make sure to stay warm and bring a sleeping mat and hand sanitizer. And they have charging plugs in the main lodge

1st time back to camp in 18 years and it has only gotten better! It was great to be back! Great staff, and most of them return year after year. Always love seeing the same friendly faces! Many creative programs for all ages too!

We attended our first Spookeree, since my daughter has signed up for cub scouts, and we had a great time. Fun activities for the kids, and good family time spent together. We look forward to more times spent there!
