A beautiful little campground on the lake with an artisan well. There's a beach, picnic area, boat landing with a trail head for the Switchback ridge pathway. There are no campsites directly on the lake but some are very close and have a view of the lake.
Jul 21, 2023 · Yuliang HuA self-service state forest campground, this offers nicely spaced sites on a dirt and gravel road. A boat ramp offers access to Little Brevort Lake. Boats may not have motors, so it is a quiet lake. Vault toilets and a spring, along with picnic tables and fire rings at the campsite, are the only amenities. Bring a check to leave the $15/night fee in the pipe at the entrance. The campground was clean and quiet on a Saturday night in late August.
