This is the worst trailer park imaginable. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Payments are outrageous. And management absolutely sucks. You are required to trim your own trees or get fined and if you allow your grass to get a foot tall, you get a fine. And they give you so much crap about being a little late on your rent.

Bought mobile home gave 1000. The no impprlot space started at 350 a month has jumped up2 times from350 to 425 and expected to go up again in the fall why is it increasing again.soon we will be paying more than it's all worth. No improvements have been other new mobile homes moved in ,which they want you to buy.wouldnt mind if there were some additives included
I was driving through this park and noticed how much it has changed over the years. I was blown away when I seen all of the new homes and roads. I noticed the nice play scape in the field as well. This place has really come a long way. Stoped in to talk to the park manager. Super sweet gal. Over all nicest place in Rockdale.
I live in Tennessee now, but when my family came down to visit, we got to talking about how much Rockdale has changed. I told them I see pictures on my Facebook of the Old Sherwood and they said, " The place is so much nicer in person." ' That it's safe to drive at night bc it's now lit up with street lights. That the homes are so nice and modern, and that a girl named Jazmyne Johnson, the manager was extremely helpful. So nice to hear all these good changes are happening 😀
