It was nice to start then all the games never got my title for my house and the constant changing of management and being told cought up and then not

Junk place to live, most of the homes are unoccupiable rent is silly high. The future is at question also as the plans on closing it are up in the air still. When actual owners leave, they gut the the trailer and take plumbing doors, windows and leave empty shells

The management is horrible. The electrical is not up-to-date for the trailer park.Because it was an RV park.Nothing has been upgraded since the sixties. The roads are never plowed. Several trailers have scrap metal surrounding the trailer and yard and the rent and utilities keep going up.
