People are rude the neighbors can't leave your wife alone. Place is a rotten place to live . They scam u for waterbill lot rent is to expensive. And there workers steal things from u.
Poor management, they refuse to fix rentals, and have made it in affordable for many in the community to live there. I'd leave zero stars if I could. We lived there and we're illegally evicted. We had a sewage leak under our unit for 5 months and they refused to fix it. And after we moved they refused to return our security deposit. We moved while having COVID and they charged us for the entire months because we couldn't turn our keys in and sign paperwork ina timely manner die to COVID quarantine. Then the regional manager threatened me verbally and a park employee divulged my personal information to non employees of the management company like gossip. If you want a slum lord then move there.
They also like to have ur utilities statements for 6mths with no assistance or shut offs or if you don't have or haven't had any utilities n ur name u can fail the bkground ck
Horrible place to live they don't fix anything and when they do it's months after u ask or it's not done right, they over charge for rent they won't work with you on anything and then when you move out they keep your deposit cause they're greedy no matter how clean you have a place
Affordable but not well maintained would also avoid visiting after dark especially if you so not know the area well or are on foot hard to get in contact with and lots of strays and crime
