Very quiet community, the management has been wonderful to work with. They keep the site well maintained and up to date facilities. New 50amp, 30amp, and 110 outlets at each site with all hookups including sewer and water within just a few feet of each lot. I just can’t say enough good things about this community and staff! Great bargain for the money too!
Easy access, easy hookups for power, water, and sewer at each site for class A, B, C. Close to I-70. NOT a camp ground. Must be self contained.
Jodie and Mattie have been very honest and up front. They have been and always stay working for everyone at Black Oaks. My wife and I agree that Jodi and Mattie are the best management we could have .
Well mowed and cared for. Clean. Since I dont go there often. I did notice the maintenance guy was keeping an eye on us. I was glad to see they look out for the people of their community. Since my ex sister in law lives there by herself.
We had a wonderful stay at Black Oaks. When we pulled in Jody helped me negotiate the backup into our site. He was very helpful and very nice. Both Jody and his wife are hospitable people and we highly recommend Black Oaks!
