This place is complete trash. Do not come here. I lived there for a bit went to go pay rent. It jumped from 450 to 500 without even notifying me. The lady is extremely rude She did not care what I have to say when I asked about the rent increase and Wouldn’t even offer a receipt. Just stay away
Woulda been ok, but the only 30amp available didn't work. Got rv all set up and couldn't get electrical on. Camp host came out there and said, "I don't know what to tell ya". They're not really set up for overnighters....99% full time. We loaded back up and left.

I called three times before we checked in to confirm the price. After we arrived the land lord changed it, and added a deposit. Making it a complete waste of my time to move to this "cheaper spot". Every time I have gone to pay rent she has changed the price. It was $450, then $415, then $485, then the deposit was $50, then $15. The landlord is clearly never sober, and has no idea what is going on. If I could describe this park in one word it would be "junk". There is junk everywhere.
The manager very unpleasant and reaked of alcohol and wasn't at all concerned about moderation of alcohol consumption and low self esteem obviously. Watched her with a park resident and could not have been more disgusted withe her treatment of one that contributes to her livly hood.
