Stayed here for one night in early May 2025. Didn’t meet any staff members, all was done online. Well kept and quiet park conveniently located to a Buccees next door, easy to walk to. Traffic in this area is fairly busy and difficult to navigate in. One suggestion is for the owners to place better signage near the entrance. One small sign only that was high on a pole and not very visible from up close. I highly recommend this park!

Two stars may be generous. Run down, NOISY, badly managed.... We had reserved a pull-through RV site for one night in November 2024, a Saturday. On arrival the park looked pretty sad. A lot of ill-kept long-term trailers and overall, it was messy. We arrived at 4:00, the office was closed, and there was nothing on the "late arrivals" board. There was no sign of a camp host, manager, or anything of the sort. I called the park and got voice mail. Next I was going to just find an open site and take it, then someone pulled up who seemed to know where to find the manger. The manager came out of his trailer and snarled at me about how the office closed at 5:00 on Saturdays. I pointed out that it was just 4:15, and he got a little nicer, but told me "he had decided to close early." He directed us to our site, which as it turned out, someone else had already occupied. We just took the one next to it. I was not about to deal with that guy again. The hookups were barely ok. The sewer connection had been broken off below grade and "repaired" with a pipe that stuck 15" out of the ground - so it was higher than our sewer connection (funny, sewage just doesn't flow uphill). The power connection was worn out to the point the plug was loose in the receptacle. It ended up arcing out one of the pins on my plug. We had been there about 45 minutes when the voice mail I had left was answered. There were more "complications" since our assigned site was already occupied........... NOISE! it is right on I-35 and a really busy frontage road. The pull-through sites are right at the entrance. We wore ear plugs all night, kept the AC on high, and kept the white noise running. It was not a great stay. I'm astounded that this place rates 4 stars overall. We've stayed in a lot of parks - we spend 3 months out of the year camping. This one rates at the bottom.
