I recently moved in here and I throughly enjoy it.Its well kept up,very nice neighbors,a place where you feel totally safe and it's set back from the road to where you have no vehicle noises.The management is super friendly and helpful when needed.The main thruway through Winnie is a couple minutes from the park with access to stores,fast food or restaurants,A hospital and nice community park with play area and splash pad for the kiddo's.Take a few minutes to come check it out.

Live there! Been here about a year now and this is one of the greatest places I've ever lived! It's so quiet, set back in the woods alittle bit and all you really here is a loud car on the road. Ash mows the park once a week also weed eateds. And Mr. John is the greatest!! Very nice to you and speaks when he see you. The park has everything you need right there, washing and garbage services also have internet. You looking for a good place to stay come here. We are a little community of our own, we look out for each other, great neighbors!!

EXCELLENT Management at park!! Well groomed mowing and John (mgr) ALWAYS attentive to our needs! All tennants observe QUIET TIMES and very respectful of other tenements on property. No ONE leaves messes or trash thrown around and the PARK is ALWAYS, ALWAYS CLEAN...SPICK AND SPAN!! COULDN'T ask for a more Gorgeous atmosphere. Great for families or singles for an excellent living environment!! We love it here. John treats everyone GREAT and personable towards all of us!! Always KIND hearted!!

Spent 4 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Close to everything. A nice quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle.Very accommodating owners. Thanks Tennesseans
